Its been a great week for triathlon. With the help of all our members, scheduled training times were full of energy despite the cool temperatures.
Our Sunday run from Go Tri Sports offered a 5, 8, and 13 mile workout around the South end. Jack Madden has been providing great advice, and swim drills during the Mon, Wed, and Fri swim times. Donna Garske, and Laura Fromdahl have been consistent with their Tuesday track speed drills no matter the weather!
