Time: 6:30 PM - 3 Mile Run / 7:30PM Guest Speaker

(Cool off in pool after run)

Directions: Located near Sea Turtle Cinemas, Let Guard know you are with Tri Club.

Guest Speaker: Jennifer Wolfe - Nutritionist
